Please note that unlike other organizations, this is not a list of schools we've simply invited or a list of schools that have attended in the past. These are schools we've spoken to and/or e-mailed and who have committed to being on staff for the weekend.
We have brought college coaches, representing all different levels, on staff for the weekend to coach your team for three of your five games. This gives the college coaches opportunities to target teams that may not necessarily play on their field.
Travel coaches will still make out the line ups, but after your introduce and handover your team, have a seat on the outside of the dugout and let the college coaches take over. The college coaches want to see what your team can do and how they respond to them. The best way to do that is for you to let them play and remain outside.
Team profile sheets are due no later than September 22, 2020. Please download the form, complete, and submit to email@example.com using the downloaded template only. Any other style or file format will not be included.
Rosters will need to be submitted during check-in at the tournament. Please ensure that your roster contains "PARENT SIGNATURES ONLY." We highly recommend you completing this prior to arriving at the tournament to ensure all signatures are obtained prior to your first game. You will also need a valid copy of your team's insurance certificate.
Teams are not guaranteed entry until their entry fee is paid in full.
The registration deadline for this event is September 21, 2021. If the tournament fills earlier than September 21, 2021 teams will be required to submit their entire entry fee at that point.
Teams will also be given one week to withdraw from the tournament without penalty in the event entry fees are due earlier than the registration deadline.
Payment Options: During the registration process, teams can opt to pay the entire entry fee of $1200.00 with either their team credit card or by entering their teams checking account information (processing fees will be added).

Teams that need to make payments over time can do so. Please choose the "Pay Offline" option during registration and let us know you want to stretch it out. We will then send you an online invoice. $300 will be due upon receipt of the invoice then you will be billed monthly in equal installments until the balance is paid in full. If you plan to do it this way, the sooner you sign up, the less your monthly payments will be. All of your monthly payments must be made online. Teams that do not have a credit/debit card to use can enter their checking account information for online payments as well.
There will be a gate fee in effect.
